The short version
DripSoft apps do not collect personal information. There is no account to create, no profile to fill out, and no usage tracking built into anything we ship.
Our apps work with files, media, and hardware that are already on your own Mac. What you open, scan, play, or create stays on your machine.
What our apps can see — and where it goes
A DripSoft app may read the files and folders you point it at, the video and audio you add to a project, and any hardware you connect to it, such as a barcode scanner. It does this to do the job you asked for, on your computer.
That information is not uploaded to us, sold, or shared with anyone. We have no account system, so we do not know who is running the software or what they are working on.
This website
When you send a message through our Contact page, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you typed so that we can reply to you. We use it for that purpose only, and we never sell it.
This website does not use advertising trackers or visitor-analytics services. Your visit is not followed across other sites.
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs — for example, the address of the machine that requested a page — to keep the site running and secure.
Getting your information removed
If you sent us something through the Contact page and would rather we did not keep it, tell us and we will delete it.
Because the apps themselves hold nothing about you, there is nothing for us to delete on that side — removing an app from your Mac removes it completely.
If this policy changes
We will update this page and the date at the top. If a change ever affects your information in a real way, we will say so plainly here rather than bury it.
Questions about your data?
Send us a note and a person — not an automated reply — will get back to you.
